Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating and effective physical experience. During this class you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of health and well being.
It's a 90 minute moving meditation.
