At Bikram Yoga Bronx we offer an array of Hot classes. Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga Postures and 2 Pranayama breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating and effective physical and mental experience. During class you work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the body, giving you an incredible sense of health and well being.
It is a 90 minute moving meditation.
You leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and energized.
We also offer Yin Yoga Vinyasa and Hot Pilates.
