90 Minute Bikram Yoga Class $20 Drop In Traditional 26 postures performed in a prescribed sequence (each posture done 2X) plus 2 breathing exercises. done in a heated room.
One Hour $20 Drop In Same 26 postures but done in a manner prescribed by the teacher. Faster paced. Meant for someone who has limited time or wants to do 2 practices a day.
Bodhi Class 90 min $20 Drop In Tue at 8PM Sat at 3:30PM 70 min of Bikram Yoga postures and breathing exercises done in a different sequence followed by a 20 min Tibetan singing bowl meditation
Hot Pilates 50 min $20 Drop IN Tue at 4:30PM Wed at 12PM Thu at 6PM Sat at 12PM Fun and fast paced and boy do you sweat. Pilates postures plus dynamic High Intensity Interval Work make up this quick class in a warm room done to music.
Yin Yoga 90 min $20 Drop In Mon at 8PM Wed at 9AM Thu at 7:30PM Sun at 3:30PM Passive form of yoga performed in a warm room . Postures done mainly on the mat Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to go into a posture, soften the muscle and focus on relaxation. Yin offers deep access to the body. Postures are held longer to allow access to deep tissue. The time spent in these postures is much like the time spent in meditation.
Intermediate Class 90 min $20 Drop In Wed 6AM
Challenge yourself to go a little deeper in the posture. The Intermediate Class is the
same 90 minute BIkram Yoga class sequence where the second set of the posture is
a deeper and more advanced expression of the first set.
Vinyasa Class- 90 min Thurs 12PM
Traditional Vinyasa postures done in a flow. Every class is different.
